Every care is taken to ensure that your product reaches you in perfect condition. We use the Royal Mail postal service, as well as DHL and DPD couriers to deliver our items. This ensures that you receive your products as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider. We deliver within the UK. Delivery Costs - UKDelivery is FREE for all orders delivered to a mainland UK address. Some larger or heavier items will be couriered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. In these cases, we may need to contact you to arrange for a courier supplement charge, but only if your item is one that requires a courier and you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. European DeliveryUnfortunately, due to restrictions with our couriers, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. When Will Your Order Be Dispatched?We are focused on ensuring that you receive your item as quickly as possible. The majority of orders placed before 14:00 on our website are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail post or by courier.
