Thermistek Technology

To detect heat, the Wi-Safe2 heat alarm utilises Thermistek technology which constantly monitors the temperature for change. When a temperature change happens it predicts if that change will go over the alarm threshold, enabling the alarm to sound as soon as possible and providing you with an earlier alert to the potential presence of fire.

A Network of Alarms

Wi-Safe2 alarms come together to create a network of smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms to ensure maximum safety in the home. When one alarm is activated, all others in range will sound as will the receiver, providing you with total coverage of your home and protecting against these dangers in a comprehensive way.

These heat alarms are great for use in areas where dust and fumes could inadvertently activate a smoke alarm – ideal for the kitchen or garage. In addition to this, up to 50 alarms can be linked together in a single network, giving you a fantastic level of safety even in large homes.

Hard of Hearing Alerts

Developed for the hard of hearing and other vulnerable groups, the heat alarm gives off an incredibly loud sound – 85dB measured at 3 metres – helping to ensure that hearing-impaired individuals can hear it through their home.
