How Loud Is This Amplified Telephone?
The Geemarc PhotoPhone 110 Amplified Telephone is suitable for people who suffer from high frequency hearing loss. Increasing the volume of your phone may seem an obvious solution if you can't hear the ringing, but this doesn't always help; instead, the Geemarc Photophone 110 has an inbuilt sound equaliser that selectively increases the volume of high or low frequency sounds.
Does This Phone Need to Be Plugged Into the Mains?
No, the PhotoPhone 110 is exceptionally easy to use, and does not require electricity to work. To set it up, all you need to do is connect the telephone to the telephone socket using the telephone line cord supplied. Only use the telephone connection line supplied because the equipment may not function if another telephone connection line is used.
Is the PhotoPhone 110 Hearing Aid Compatible?
Featuring the premium receiver, the telephone is perfectly adapted for hearing aids, and is compatible with most commercially available hearing aids. However, due to the wide range of hearing aids available, there is no guarantee that the telephone will function problem-free with every model.
How Do I Install the PhotoPhone 110?
The PhotoPhone 110 is designed to be very easy to install and use. To do so, connect the handset to one end of the curly cord, and plug the other end of the curly cord into the jack on the left hand side of the unit. Place the handset on the cradle.
Finally, connect the line cord to the jack located at rear of telephone, then connect the plug at the other end of the line cord into the wall socket. You can learn more about the PhotoPhone 100 by viewing the user manual linked below:
How Do I Replace the Photos with My Own Photos?
The PhotoPhone 110 features eight photo ID memory buttons, which can be customised and replaced with pictures or text of your choosing. To do so, feel free to use this template to upload your own pictures and print them for the buttons.
Can I Connect This Phone to My Internet Modem?
Yes, if you subscribe to a digital phone line from your landline provider, this phone can be connected by plugging the telephone cord directly into your internet modem.
Can the PhotoPhone 110 Be Wall Mounted?
To wall mount the PhotoPhone 100, slide the handset hanger tab out and reverse its position. Then slide it back into place, so that the hook points up.
Install two self-tapping screws (not supplied) at a distance of 80mm from each other, and located on a vertical line. Place the phone onto the screw-heads and slide it down.
What Warranty Does the PhotoPhone 110 Telephone Have?
For extra peace of mind, the PhotoPhone 110 Telephone is supplied with a two-year manufacturer's warranty.
Can I Connect This Phone with Additional Handsets?
Unfortunately, this corded telephone can't be connected to more handsets. For this, we would recommend the Geemarc AmpliDECT 295 Combi Photo Amplified Corded Desk Phone and Answering Machine, which includes a corded and a cordless telephone, while the corded telephone base can be connected to four more handsets.
